Knitting Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Full Time

Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Leader to oversee operations in our knitting department. This role is responsible for assigning daily tasks, troubleshooting quality issues, and ensuring adherence to detailed style sheets on the knitting room floor.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Allocate and delegate daily job orders within the knitting department
  • Supervise and support team members to ensure efficient performance
  • Start up, repair, and troubleshoot knitting machinery
  • Ensure all knitting orders and style sheet specifications are followed
  • Train and discipline employees as needed
  • Collaborate across departments to support production needs
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Qualifications :

  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Must pass pre-employment substance screening and background check
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per shift

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to push, pull, bend, lift heavy objects, and climb ladders
  • Must be on feet for the duration of the shift

    • Work Environment :

  • Climate-controlled facility
  • Exposure to high noise levels (ear protection required)
  • Interaction with moving vehicles and mechanical equipment
