Accounts Payable Clerk

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing organization dedicated to financial accuracy and operational excellence. In this vital role, you'll help keep our financial processes running smoothly and support the accounting team's success.

Salary : $41,600 - $47,840

Key Responsibilities :

Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports

Match purchase orders with invoices and receipts

Enter data accurately into accounting software or ERP systems

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly

Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire transfers

Maintain organized financial records for audits

Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues

Assist with month-end closing and special accounting projects

Qualifications :

High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

1-2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience

Comfortable with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Effective communicator with ability to handle confidential information
