SQL Support Engineer

Title : SQL Support Engineer

Location : Remote

Duration : 3 months, can extend to 24 months

Compensation : $50-55 / hr

Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience :

The SQL Support Engineer will support a critical compliance initiative on a massive scale. You will be responsible for working directly with customers to investigate and adjust their technical environment to comply with the latest security standards. You will help contribute to best practices, optimization, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3+ years in a customer-facing support role solving ambiguous technical problems.
• 4+ years of SQL experience-proficient in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving and independent work ethic.
• Experience with data quality assessment and code logic evaluation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Query investigation experience (preferred : data access compliance)
