Summary : As a leasing professional with sales experience, you will play a key role in leasing residential properties while leveraging your sales skills to meet and exceed leasing goals. Your primary objective will be to effectively market available units, convert leads into leases, and provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants.

Minimum / Preferred Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective tenants.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws, leasing regulations, and real estate practices.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while meeting leasing targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience is required.
