Uniti Med is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Gillette, Wyoming.

• 36 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, days, nights

Rehab Center

160 Beds

Duties : pass medications, skilled nursing facility to include IV therapy, feeding tubes, wound vac and wound management, trach care, ostomy care, therapy and restorative

Ages range from mid 30 s to mid 90 s

Diagnosis including Huntington s, dementia, Diabetes, Alzheimer s, coronary artery disease, vascular disease, rehabilitation, stroke and TIA, neuromuscular disease processes, Dialysis (done at outpatient facility)

Ratio up to 1 : 20 with nurses aid support
