About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Strategist to lead our organic social media presence across all platforms. This person will own day-to-day social publishing, content planning, community management, and performance tracking (including social listening). The ideal candidate has a strong editorial instinct, understands culture and trends, and knows how to translate brand storytelling into scroll-stopping moments.

What You'll Do

• Develop, manage, and execute our organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Own the content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant posts aligned to brand priorities and cultural moments.
• Create and / or brief content — including copy, visual direction, short-form video concepts, and storytelling frameworks.
• Partner with internal teams and external creators to source and produce content that feels authentic and on-brand.
• Monitor conversations and engage with our community across channels to strengthen loyalty and brand affinity.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and refine strategy to drive reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Stay on top of cultural trends, platform updates, and creator partnerships to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
• Ensure visual and verbal brand consistency across every platform.
