What You'll Do

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through punch list
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure schedule and quality goals are met
• Lead daily and weekly site meetings to drive communication and accountability
• Enforce safety and compliance standards across all phases of the project
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams to proactively solve issues before they become problems
• Maintain accurate documentationdaily reports, schedules, and progress photosto ensure smooth project delivery

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
• Deep understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management
• Strong communication and leadership skillsable to represent the company professionally with clients and owners
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• OSHA 30 and strong working knowledge of construction technology and safety practices
