We have two consultant openings at a Financial customer in the Twin Cities. These two will help out with multiple tasks. These candidates will be supporting the Roth IRA conversions “PRC project”. Part of this process requires them to create a duplicate policy, which is a manual process. Ton of work on another leaders team. Additional tasks to train on as well. Compliance requirement for Variable undeliverable checks. They’re returned and we have to attempt to make contact to get a valid address. Phone work is required. Where there is a need we will train and cross train to help with our que’s. \n\nThese two will be joining the team described below. Some of these tasks listed below could be tasks they will learn and support. \n\nInforce Fixed Annuity Operations - Insurance Policy Administration\n\nOur customer that specializes in Fixed and Variable Annuities is looking for an addition to the team. This would be a long term opportunity as a consultant. Starting at 6 months and getting extended after reviews. The reason for the opening is because they just hired on our consultant. There is a chance to apply and get hired on permanently, after interview process.\n\nTypical day for the consultant that gets the position. Working on complex tasks that are required to be completed onshore, other standard tasks are offshore. Viewed as the subject matter expert (SME) on questions around allocation changes for the offshore team, providing changes to Annuity Policies inforce, handling divorces', reviewing power of attorney, legal documents, bank statements, contract language. \n\nCandidate MUST have strong written communication. General customer correspondence comes to this team for onshore and offshore, this team will respond to those correspondence. The customer is usually requesting something that needs critical thinking, and investigation in order to provide a thoughtful and professional response.\n\nNo phone calls, every now and then they may make a call. Usually go weeks or months without making a call. Avoid candidates with management experience, want individual contributors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 / hr.
