Accounting Manager / Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager / Supervisor to lead and oversee a dedicated accounting team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting practices and financial management to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. This role offers an opportunity to manage financial operations, support audits, and contribute to the strategic growth of the team.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and mentor a team of three accounting professionals, fostering their growth and development.
• Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accruals to maintain smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process to align with organizational goals.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure effective cash management.
• Assist in external and internal audit processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
