Position Summary :

The Office Manager will play a key leadership role in establishing clinical workflows, managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing and clinical support staff
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and workflows

• Monitor patient care quality, safety initiatives, and infection control protocols
• Manage staffing schedules, oversee inventory, and coordinate with vendors
