We are a physician-owned healthcare organization opening a new, patient-centered clinic focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our community. With an emphasis on operational excellence and clinical integrity, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Nursing Manager to oversee all nursing and clinical support operations as we launch and grow our new location.

Position Summary :

The Office Manager will play a key leadership role in establishing clinical workflows, managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding the highest standards of patient care. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a clinic focused on immediate care and primary care services, implement best practices, and make a lasting impact on the quality of care we deliver.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing and clinical support staff
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Monitor patient care quality, safety initiatives, and infection control protocols
  • Manage staffing schedules, oversee inventory, and coordinate with vendors
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, performance improvement, and operational goals

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
  • Experience in immediate care or primary care settings preferred
  • Proficiency with EMRs and clinical documentation standards
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable healthcare regulations
