You arrive on first shift, coffee in hand. After a quick huddle with Engineering and Quality, you load fixtures, reference tools, and verify your offsets on a FANUC-controlled CNC mill. You calculate feeds and speeds for aluminum in the morning and 17-4 stainless after lunch, nudging a program to hold a tight tolerance that makes the inspector smile. That’s a day in the life for our senior-level CNC professional.

The work you’ll own

• Set up and run CNC milling machines with confidence and care
• Determine optimal feeds / speeds across multiple materials
• Edit and fine-tune programs on the floor to improve results
• Consistently achieve demanding tolerances and surface finishes
• Partner with Engineering and Quality to refine processes
