Senior Consulting Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Consulting Manager who will lead a Consulting Line and supervise Consulting Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision and support for the professional development of Consulting Managers

Lead project teams by directing day-to-day work and delivering advanced consulting services

Collaborate with Consulting Principals to ensure consistent communication and alignment within the organization

Required Qualifications

Master's degree and ten years of relevant experience, including five years in a supervisory role

Certification as a CPHQ, Six Sigma Green Belt-Healthcare, Project Management Professional, or similar credential

Experience with advanced quality improvement methodologies relevant to the organization's lines of business

Advanced understanding of performance measures and data collection strategies

Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively
