Attorney needed to join the staff of nonprofit civil legal firm.

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

The Attorney will work on GP matters with an emphasis on litigation, appeals, housing, foreclosure, equal justice, and / or family law.

This is a direct hire position, onsite Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, with potential hybrid schedule.

Duties of Position Include : Intake and individual case work, litigation in state and federal court, including appellate practice, and education and outreach efforts directed at community members.

Please be a member of the New York State Bar in good standing.
