Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the duties of a business analyst team and mentor newer members

Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements and document potential solutions

Create test scenarios and plans, analyze testing results, and ensure client requirements are met

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, preferably in Health Care / Health Insurance

Strong background in Medicaid and claim processing using Institutional and Physician claim forms

Knowledge of Prior Authorization and related healthcare concepts

Experience with project and change management tools and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience in creating deliverable documentation and implementing benefit plan configurations in MMIS
