Clerical Aide

Government Jobs - Part time - $17.19 Hourly Under the general supervision of a site supervisor, this position is the front-line staff member at a Cultural Arts facility. This position receives registrations and ticketing requests and fees; counts, balances, and reports all financial transactions; makes daily, weekly and monthly settlement of monies collected utilizing RecTrac or related computer software. Outstanding customer service, reception, cashier duties, and other administrative support will be required. Answers telephone and operates office machines such as personal computer, typewriter, adding machine and copy machine. Performs related duties as required.
