Customer Service Coordinator
A well-established air gun company with a location in Rancho Santa Margarita is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. The Customer Service Coordinator will lead customer service operations to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback. This role could lead to the management position for the ideal candidate. This is a temp to hire position with pay ranging from $25 to $28 / hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all customer inquiries, complaints and warranty claims.
- Track recurring product issues and report them to leadership.
- Utilize the company's CRM system to track inquiries and update data.
- Sales Order Processing from the company's eCommerce platform.
- Data Maintenance & Reporting
- Ensure prompt courteous professional customer engagement.
Qualifications :
3+ years of customer service experience.High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience in consumer products or technical goods is preferred.Clear communicator and Consumer friendly.Understands the importance of repetitive processes and protocols for consistent professional engagement.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $25.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
