Specialty Chemical Sales Manager

Philadelphia based chemical distributor of both technical grade materials, pharma and advanced material intermediates is looking for an experienced sales manager for their business based in multiple locations in a tri-state area (PA, NJ, DE).

Manager will focus on sales of organic specialty chemicals into a variety of markets (pharma, consumer packaging, pet care, metal treatment, etc.). Manager will assist all sales reps in goal setting, sales and career development. There will also be an emphasis on supplier interface as well. Position is home based with day travel to company headquarters few times per month as well as regular joint sales calls.

Pay range and compensation package

Company offers a starting package in the 110-130K range, plus excellent bonus plan, company car, expenses, cell phone, laptop, 401K contribution and comprehensive benefits package.
