• Working Hours : 40 hours / week   ▶︎ Position Overview : We are looking for an IT Platform Specialist to assist in implementing and troubleshooting our new ERP system.
• This role involves a broad range of infrastructure tasks, from designing internal system foundations to supporting the operation of POS systems and ERP systems.

This critical position ensures the efficient operation of restaurant-specific systems and supports the IT infrastructure of both our restaurants and headquarters.   ▶︎ What will you do :

You will ensure IT-related documentation is accurate and up to date, helping standardize IT knowledge across the organization.

You will assist in creating and maintaining system documentation, including configurations, operational manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

You will support efforts to implement small-scale system optimizations and updates, focusing on ensuring reliability and enhancing overall system operations.   ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills :
