Otolaryngology physician job in Wisconsin : Otolaryngologist- ENT MD / DO

Focused exclusively on upper airway solutions, our providers treat the most common breathing, sleep and snoring diagnoses that impact patients quality of life.

The physicians are supported by a collaborative team of PAs and other clinical and administrative personnel who take on much of the initial patient burden, allowing the physicians to practice at top of license. Staff oversees the initial patient intake, histories, and in-office scan Patient is scheduled with the physician, generally same-day or next-day ENT reviews scan and builds treatment plan or reviews recommendation from APP Scheduler and other support staff oversee pre-auths, orders, etc. 55-60% of patients qualify for an in-office procedure. Those who dont require a procedure may be treated with nasal sprays, oral appliances, CPAP, etc.

Schedule

Office Hours : M-F, 8am-5 : 30pm, with flexibility for 4- or 5-day work week

Procedures take 15-20 minutes highly efficient staff, process o On day of procedure, PA will see patient first + initiate ~30 minute numbing process. Physician will perform procedure, supported by PA and an MA (monitoring vitals, etc.) o Post-op follow-up takes place at 1, 2, 3 and 6 weeks, and visits are seen by physician or PA.

Full time / part time opportunities available

No nights, weekends (PAs cover Saturdays), holidays or call no ER / hospital call ever

Emergencies : PA takes first call, MD may take minor calls by phone (rare)
