Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio Membership and retail products to guests
• Assisting Studio Manager with retaining current members
• Creating a friendly environment for guests by welcoming, assisting, and responding to customer questions and needs
• Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and greeting guests
• Assisting in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guest records and surveys
• Preparing guest records for treatments
• Participating in special events to promote the studio
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of lobby and studio areas
• Enforcing organization standards to maintain quality service
