ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily numbers for covers for Coffee Shop
• Weekly department staff scheduling
• Employment hiring process
• New hire process
• Administer and enforce internal cash controls and procedure
• Administer and enforce inventory controls
• Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports
• Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine and beverage supplies
• Maintain proper sanitation and Health Department standards
• Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all beverage department equipment and supplies
• Any reasonable request by your immediate Manager
• Ensure proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standard are followed and maintained
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazard, debris and litter
• Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner
• Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies

• Keeping a daily log of each shift for Manager
