A leading technology company is seeking a Service Technical Support. The successful candidate will inspect and measure high-frequency electronic parts and assemblies to ensure quality, support production teams, and help implement solutions for manufacturing and engineering processes. Service Technical Support Responsibilities :
Inspect and measure precision electronic parts and assemblies.Interpret engineering drawings, prints, and diagrams for quality checks.Approve or reject in-process and final assemblies based on specifications.Maintain inspection records and quality databases.Support technicians and NPI Engineers with quality-related issues and solutions.Assist in implementing process improvements within the quality workflow.Service Technical Support Qualifications :
4+ years of related experienceA degree in a related field, and / or specialized training / certification, is requiredMust have GD&T experienceMust have a strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background, and be able to read blueprints.Understanding of mechanical metrology and hand tool usage.Experience using automated software platforms is a plus.Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers preferred.Solves technical problems of limited scope and complexity.Service Technical Support Shift :
2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM.Training will occur on the day shift for 3-6 months before transitioning to the swing shift.
