Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and has excellent customer service skills.\n\nPosition Type : Full-Time\n\nShift Available : \n\nMonday through Friday Hours : 8am to 4 : 30pm\n\nWage Range : $90,000 to $100,000 Annually depending on experience.\n\nBonus : $5,000\n\nLocation : 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343\n\nRN Nurse Manager responsibilities : \n

• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care\n
• Practice restorative nursing to provide the best care to our residents.\n
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit\n
• Work with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations\n
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary\n
• Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning\n
• Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports\n
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff\n
• Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed\n
• Performs other duties as assigned\n\nRN Nurse Manager Qualifications : \n
• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required\n
• 2 + years working in LTC preferred\n
• Must be CPR certified\n
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook\n
