Job descriptionGenerate and qualify new leads across Northern Virginia, focusing on homeowners impacted by storm damage. Educate homeowners on our services and guide them through the remodeling / restoration process. Manage your sales pipeline from first introduction to signed agreement. Collaborate with experienced estimators and use industry-leading software to win business. Strong communication and interpersonal skillsyou enjoy meeting new people. Self-motivated with a track record of follow-through and persistence. Coachable and eager to learnyou see feedback as fuel. Professional, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule effectively. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
