Customer Service Representative - Customer Projects

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading manufacturer of sustainable, high-quality flexible packaging solutions.

They are looking for an outgoing and detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join their growing company.

This team member, would serve as a primary administrative and communication link between customers and internal teams. This role focuses on accurate order entry, documentation, tracking, and reporting while providing timely, professional customer communication.

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, documentation, and general inquiries from purchase order receipt through delivery of finished product
• Accurately enter customer orders, updates, and changes into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and generate order confirmations
• Retrieve, track, and maintain signed order confirmations and Terms and Conditions of Sales
• Track customer artwork submissions and approvals, ensuring information is documented and communicated clearly
• Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or required actions to customers and internal stakeholders.

Customer Service Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain data across multiple systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of data entry, emails, and documentation while meeting deadlines
• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production support, or order processing environments.
• Exposure to reporting, metrics tracking, or inventory-related administrative work.

Key Details:

• Compensation: $19-$20/HR
• Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision
• Location: Batavia, IL
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
