- Vacuum apartments, common and office areas
- Dust apartments, common and office areas
- Empty trash from apartments, common areas, bathrooms and office areas
- Clean carpet in apartments, common office areas
- Clean bathrooms in apartments, common and office areas
- Clean entryway, patios, courtyards and ashtrays
- Clean sidewalk areas near entryways
- Clean courtyard furnishings
- Clean debris from perimeter of building
- Changing of linens and making of beds in apartments as needed
- Report needed repairs or replacement items to Maintenance Leadership
- Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by any member of management
Requirements :
Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with the residents, coworkers and others.
Must be able to speak, read and write the English language in an understandable manner.Must be able to relate to the elderly in a positive manner.Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public
