Electrical Field Service Technician

Overview

Position Summary : Lead and perform troubleshooting, testing, and inspection of electrical apparatus and power distribution systems. Some technical supervision required.

Responsibilities

• Test and maintain low and medium voltage switchgear systems (up to 15 kV).
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, calibrate simple relays, and use load recording instruments.
• Conduct short circuit and protective device coordination studies.
• Prepare detailed project reports and manage job billing.
• Develop accurate job proposals, cost estimates, and scopes of work.
• Support business development and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications

BSEE / BSME (entry level), or
