FTE : 1.000000 Standard Hours : 40.00 Shift : Flexible 1st shift between 7 : 30 am to 5 pm Shift Details : Holidays : Weekends : Job Summary : Compiles and reviews accounts payable documents and prepares document batches for processing for timely payment of invoices; responds to employee and vendor inquiries. Processes electronic payments. Serves as a back up for running AP checks. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION : Knowledge of mainframe computer processing is required. A minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION : High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION : Experience with Excel is preferred.
