Historic Site Tour Guide

Volunteers are needed to welcome and guide visitors through a complex of historic sites including two historic houses and a schoolhouse. Interests in teaching, history, architecture, historic preservation, decorative arts, tourism helpful. Training provided.

Watch for spring and fall training opportunities, although new docents are always welcome to being training any time in the year. Potential volunteers are encouraged to observe a tour first. We ask docents to commit to leading at least four tours per year. Volunteers are encouraged to talk with the Museum Education and Tour Manager about getting involved. (tourinfo@oberlinheritage.org)
