Overview

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Writer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Technical Communication, English, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Confluence documentation
• Extensive hands-on experience creating and managing technical documentation using Confluence, including page organization, macros, and version history
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to quickly comprehend complex software products and technology concepts
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, gathering information from SMEs, and incorporating feedback
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range : $63.94-$71.94
