Responsibilities of the Controller :

Oversee month-end close and financial reporting

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

Lead and mentor accounting staff

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller :

CPA or MBA preferred

7+ years of accounting / finance leadership experience

Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP systems expertise

Salary : $110,000-$120,000 / yr
