Chuck E. Cheese is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers in Flushing / Queens & the Bronx .

Now Hiring : Senior Restaurant Managers

Pay Range : $21.56 to $23.96 (50 hr week : $61,660 to $68,525 annual)

Locations : Flushing and Bronx

  • Senior Restaurant Manager Minimum Qualifications :

  • Must have P&L accountability experience
  • Must have staff development experience
  • Must have inventory management experience
  • Must have previous Senior Restaurant Manager experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must have a high-school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule with a 50 hour work week.
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push / pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift, in a work environment that includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise.
  • Job Responsibilities Include :

  • Make daily decisions that ensure product quality, store cleanliness and other Company standards are met
  • Understands cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management
  • Monitors shift profitability
  • Knows, understands and executes proper cash handling and safe procedures
  • Sets up shift board and personnel positioning
  • Responsible for receiving deliveries and following all security procedures
  • Ensures birthday parties are set up and that appropriate personnel are scheduled and assigned to assist the party; evaluates birthday survey and results
  • Supervises Team Members / Cast Members
