Now Hiring : Senior Restaurant Managers
Pay Range : $21.56 to $23.96 (50 hr week : $61,660 to $68,525 annual)
Locations : Flushing and Bronx

Must have P&L accountability experienceMust have staff development experienceMust have inventory management experienceMust have previous Senior Restaurant Manager experience in the restaurant industryMust have a high-school diploma or GEDMust be at least 21 years of age or olderMust be able to work a full-time schedule with a 50 hour work week.Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shiftMust be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push / pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift, in a work environment that includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise.Job Responsibilities Include :
Make daily decisions that ensure product quality, store cleanliness and other Company standards are metUnderstands cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor managementMonitors shift profitabilityKnows, understands and executes proper cash handling and safe proceduresSets up shift board and personnel positioningResponsible for receiving deliveries and following all security proceduresEnsures birthday parties are set up and that appropriate personnel are scheduled and assigned to assist the party; evaluates birthday survey and resultsSupervises Team Members / Cast MembersInterested?
