The Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing and recording all incoming deliveries for residents, staff, and vendors at the condominium property. This role ensures accurate handling, documentation, and secure storage of packages and supplies while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism in support of the Condominium Owners Association (COA).
Key Responsibilities :
Receive, log, and organize all packages, mail, and deliveries for residents, management, and vendors.
Verify deliveries against shipping documents and notify recipients promptly.
Maintain accurate records of received and released packages using manual or electronic systems.
Ensure secure storage of parcels and follow established procedures for resident pickup or delivery.
Coordinate with front desk staff, maintenance, and vendors to manage incoming supplies or materials for property operations.
Report damaged, incorrect, or suspicious packages to management immediately.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating vendor deliveries or service appointments to minimize disruption.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area, package room, and loading dock.
Support inventory control for building supplies and assist with reordering when necessary.
Provide professional, courteous service to residents and guests always.
Follow all COA policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Full-Time Included weekdays / weekends
Pay Rate : $15
