Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to join our team! This position requires a Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about providing excellent care and support to members and their families.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include :

• overseeing and managing the nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• collaborate with care teams to maintain high-quality services and address resident needs
• monitor compliance with care plans and regulatory standards
• assist with training and onboarding care staff as needed

What you will need to qualify for this position :

• Licensed Practical Nurse License
• Complete knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
