As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead complex, strategic recruiting initiatives across high-impact business units. You will advise senior leaders, design sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, and mentor junior members of the TA team. This role demands a consultative mindset, deep functional expertise, and the ability to operate with agility in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You could be Technician / IT / or a Speciality Recruiter.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level or high-complexity roles across business-critical functions
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leadership on talent trends, market intelligence, and recruitment strategies
- Build and execute customized sourcing strategies that expand diverse talent pipelines
- Analyze data to recommend improvements in time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession-related hiring
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and contribute to DEI-focused sourcing efforts
- Provide mentorship to junior Talent Acquisition team members, including Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators
- Represent the company at career events and with external partners (e.g., search firms, university programs)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including experience with executive or hard-to-fill searchesDemonstrated success in managing complex searches and influencing senior stakeholdersAdvanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagementProven record of building strong, consultative partnerships with HR and business leadersStrong project management, data analysis, and negotiation skillsAll applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include : background checks, and drug testing in order to qualify for employmentGroup 1 Automotive is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and participates in E-Verify
