Desk Officer

Amentum is seeking a Desk Officer to support our client in the Northern Virginia area. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least 3-7+ years of relevant professional experience. Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools, is also required. Strong briefing and writing skills, as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision, are necessary. Regional and / or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest is preferred. Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required. A self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group is needed. Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives is also desired. Foreign field experience from at least two overseas tours or extensive overseas TDY experience is required. Must possess a high level US Government issued clearance at the time of application.
