Overview :
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong business systems analysis experience to support Salesforce CRM initiatives. This role will define product strategy, gather and translate requirements, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Work with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and adoption.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, journeys, and system diagrams.
- Support backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA during development and UAT.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and track work in Jira.
Required Skills & Experience :
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud and / or Marketing Cloud).Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data models, and integrations.Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile environments.Preferred Qualifications :
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant).Experience with additional CRM or marketing automation tools.Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
