About the Role
Sandvik Coromant is seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with key customers and partners across the Midwestern US. This role is part of our SAA sales organization and is responsible for managing our company’s overall relationships and contractual terms and conditions with selected key customers or external business partners as related to sales; these include end customers, machine tool manufacturers and channel partners.
You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams. This high-impact role includes managing global and regional commercial terms for Global Accounts, Local Key Accounts, and MTS customers within your area. You will ensure that agreed terms and conditions in the selected Key Accounts are effectively implemented in the local market. Additionally, you contribute to achieving agreed targets and follow up on business results and initiate remedial actions when there are deviations.
Your contributions will support continuous development and improvement of our processes, ways of working, and customer offerings for LKA, SAM, GAM and MTS segments, with visibility and impact across both regional and global operations.
