Schedule and Location : We are located at 1717 Dufek Drive in Manitowoc, WI. Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with a flexible overtime schedule when voluntary or required. Our facility is environmentally controlled 365 days a year. That means team members are comfortable year-round, working in air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter!

Responsibilities :

• Accurately shipping and receiving product / materials for all plant value streams
• Assist with cleaning, measurement and delivery of all plant tooling as needed
• Responsible for the handling and processing of materials into and out of all areas
• Able to operate all equipment in the Shipping / Receiving area
• Properly identify the destination of materials being shipped and ensure proper shipping containers are used
• Familiar with receiving methods and be able to interface with other departments to ensure proper receipt and delivery of raw materials throughout the facility including put away in Tool Crib
• Accountable for process, evaluation, measurement, documentation, and improvement on a continual basis to meet business objectives
• Participate in department and area team activities and projects
• Prepare shipping documents (B.O.L. Shipping Manifest, Export Paperwork) as needed
• Accurately invoice shipments on a daily basis
• Accurately process receipts on a daily basis
• Assist the Maintenance Department as a back-up (as needed) for maintaining, cleaning, measurement and delivery of all manufacturing tooling
• Request replacements for out of specification tooling from process engineering department
• Accurately performs plant cycle counting as required by inventory control department
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Leader
