Janitor

Job Summary

A technical cleaner job requires ensuring that the manufacturing facility is kept cleaned. This is a labor intensive position requiring cleaning work and working under hazardous conditions, using personal protection equipment such as Tyvek suits, fall protection, safety glasses, and a respirator.

Job Description

Carpeted Areas

• Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed.
• Dust / clean tops of office furniture, cleared desks, and surfaces of tables.
• Vacuum all carpeting.
• Spot clean soiled areas on carpets as needed.
• Clean glass on lobby door.

Non-Carpeted Areas

Specific vision abilities required by this job include : close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus.
