Seaman Corporation is seeking a Senior FiberTite CARE Specialist to join our Operations team! This position will report to the FiberTite Customer Experience Manager in Wooster, OH.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior FiberTite CARE Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by serving as the central liaison between sales, planning, customers, and contractors. This role supports the full project lifecycle-from order entry to on-time delivery and accurate invoicing-while ensuring communication and coordination at every stage. Acting as both advocate and collaborator, the Senior FiberTite CARE Specialist drives seamless project execution and maintains the highest standards of service and professionalism.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Accurately prepare and enter customer orders with >

98% accuracy, ensuring smooth and efficient processing from start to finish

Serve as a trusted point of contact by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and Teams / Cisco

Coordinate closely with customers and logistics teams to secure on-time, accurate deliveries that meet project timelines

Proactively manage open orders, monitor shipping status, and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Accounts Receivable to align on priorities and deliver on customer commitments

Generate and manage drop ship invoices to ensure billing accuracy and on-time collections

Support Industrial Fabrics order management and customer inquiries after onboarding to FiberTite processes and systems

Anticipate potential challenges, escalate issues early, and collaborate with internal partners to drive effective solutions

Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and supporting implementation

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal business partners

Represent the CARE team at one industry trade show annually, capturing key market insights to share with colleagues

Contribute to team growth by participating in interview panels for new CARE Representatives

Support consistency in service delivery by helping develop and refine CARE scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably with technical or industrial products

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to build positive customer relationships and deliver high-quality service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Fluency in Spanish (highly desirable, but not required)

Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Salesforce and Oracle is a plus

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
