Job descriptionTraining & Growth : 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success. Compensation : Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. ($55K -$60K annual) Schedule : 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 | Generous PTO with no blackout dates. Culture : Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment where your wins are celebrated. Weekend and holiday availability (we’re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter) Ability to lift 20–25 lbs and travel to Largo for training Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude Comfort with POS systems and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit
