Outdoor Living Carpenter

We are Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America's leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces such as patio covers, pergolas, decks, porches, sunrooms, hardscape patios, and outdoor kitchen islands.

We seek independent construction professionals with established carpentry expertise to work on our residential building & remodeling projects. You will primarily be responsible for delivering the finished product to the satisfaction of the contract specifications, customer expectations, building officials, and the Archadeck franchise.

Previous carpentry experience with residential projects is required, as are strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow our documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate your employees to ensure they understand and work to construction drawings in compliance with the specified details
• Check construction drawings with sales design drawings to ensure adequacy and accuracy of information
• Check materials delivered against take-off and inform franchisee of shortages to allow for the prompt delivery of missing items and uninterrupted workflow
• Establish and follow a schedule with the franchisee
• Maintain an orderly job site by cleaning up daily and assuring safety practices are utilized
• Maintain positive relations with customers
• Refer all problems to the franchisee for resolution
• Contact franchisee if necessary to resolve immediately
• Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed

Qualifications

Compensation : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
