Job Summary :

As a Senior Business Process Architect at our dynamic organization, you will be instrumental in reimagining and optimizing business processes through the integration of Gen AI tools, focusing on developing robust ROI models and transformative business cases. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and laying down the blueprint for future-state visions that incorporate transformational changes through strategic Gen AI adoption. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with cross-functional teams, possess a profound understanding of Gen AI technologies, and bring a forward-thinking approach to process re-engineering and optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies.

Develop detailed process maps and employ process improvement methodologies to reimagine workflows.

Research, evaluate, and integrate Gen AI technologies tailored to business needs.

Create detailed ROI models and develop compelling business cases for Gen AI projects.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to envision and strategize future-state processes leveraging Gen AI.

Must-Have Skills :

Proficient understanding of Gen AI technologies and their application in business.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Industry Experience :
