Key Responsibilities

Design and implement customer engagement solutions using Genesys Cloud and AI technologies

Develop custom integrations and applications to enhance Genesys Cloud functionality

Troubleshoot complex Genesys Cloud and AI system issues

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud system design and implementation

Deep understanding of routing, WFM, and reporting modules

Experience with custom development and integrations

Ability to work cross-functionally with data and IT teams
