• Wednesday through Friday 8am - 5pm
• 18 patients per 8-hour day
• All ages
• 0.6 FTE with options for additional remote hours
• Buprenorphine prescribing required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• 15 minutes admin time per hour incorporated
• 6 months of coverage needed
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
