Position

Job Title : HRBP Agile Manager

Location : King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days, Remote 2 days per week)

Contract : 12 Months

About the Role

Are you a strategic and people-focused HR professional ready to make an impact in a global, dynamic environment? We're seeking an experienced HRBP Agile Manager to partner with business leaders across EF, Commercial, and R&D functions, delivering tailored people solutions that drive organizational success.

Reporting to the HRBP Agile Lead, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing HR operational plans aligned with a Global Pharmaceutical Company's One HR strategy. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on key areas including talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. You will bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to HR challenges, helping to shape a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of HR operational plans and initiatives that align with strategic goals.
  • Partner with leaders to implement people programs in talent development, rewards, and organizational design.
  • Drive employee engagement through survey action planning and coaching initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights and inform HR strategies.
  • Support global HR transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives.

About You

You'll have a BA / BS in HR, Business, or related field and 5+ years of HR management or business partnering experience in a global organization. You're a confident communicator, data-driven, and thrive in environments that value agility and collaboration. HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) and experience with agile ways of working are a plus.
