Arbour Hospital, a part of Universal Health Services, has been providing high-quality behavioral health services to the greater Boston area since 1909. The Director of Outpatient Services is a key member of the senior clinical leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer. This role oversees Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and individual outpatient therapy programs, ensuring high-quality patient care and program growth. The ideal candidate is an LICSW, or an LMHC eligible to provide supervision, with experience managing multiple clinicians and programs. Responsibilities include :

• Promoting and ensuring high-quality patient care
• Driving program growth and expansion
• Fiscal management of all programming
• Ensuring treatment planning is well designed and implemented
• Managing daily clinical duties and schedules of staff
• Coordinating performance improvement monitors and activities for the PHP Program
