Your Compensation & Growth :

Competitive Pay : Earn $18.50 - $19.25 per hour, based on a skills assessment.

Logistics & Location :

Service Area : You will provide care in clients' private homes across Napa and surrounding areas, Sonoma, Yountville, American Canyon, and occasionally Vallejo.

Flexible Scheduling :

We work with you to build a schedule that fits your life, requiring a minimum of 16 hours of availability per week.

Office Details :

Our home office is located in Vacaville, CA.

Your primary workplace will be in the community, with office visits only needed for your interview, orientation, and occasional meetings.

Join Our Team With :

A valid California driver's license (or accompanied by a military ID if not a CA license).

A registered, insured vehicle with proof of current auto insurance.

Strong communication skills in English.

A clear TB test result from within the last 90 days.

The ability to pass a background check.

One year of experience working with seniors in a home setting is preferred, but a passion for caregiving is paramount! (Please note that some benefits are subject to eligibility requirements, which we will gladly detail during your interview.) Answer the Call to Care.
