You will be busy from day one.- Year-end incentive bonus for meeting pre-established quality and patient satisfaction goals- Moving expenses up to $10,000 based on actual receipts- Quarterly incentive bonus based upon WRVU model for outpatient visits and inpatient admissions as outlined in final contract- $3,000 annually for CME, books, periodicals, professional memberships, dues; 1 week for CME- Full malpractice insurance including tail coverage after fulfillment of contract- 50% on the first 5% they contribute to the 401k after 1 year of employment- Full comprehensive benefits package consistent with other employed physicians- 25 days ETO (Earn time off) at the beginning of your contract.- Work out of one hospital potentially growing to 101 beds NO running around to multiple hospitals- 1 : 3 call is so light you can go to weekend ball games knowing you will rarely be called away- Practice general urology or female urology with a supportive staff and hospital managementAbout the Community : Athens, Alabama, is a welcoming community that exudes Southern hospitality.
